Support of Cisco-powered Contact Center

Our company’s specialists are providing support to contact centers of Ukrainian banks, built on with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise, Avaya and Asterisk.
The contact center of some clients has over 100 operators!

We introduced an IVR module for more comfortable customer service in one of the banks, during support period of the contact center.

This allowed the customer to improve the quality of customer service and improve efficiency of CC staff.

Implementation and support of the bank's infrastructure

Our team has designed and successfully implemented a project to build a comprehensive server and network infrastructure of the bank, using equipment from world market leaders such as Cisco and Dell EMC.

SMART TECHNOLOGIES specialists successfully provide outsourcing support to the customer’s infrastructure with a guaranteed SLA 99.99%.

Also, the specialists of our company are implementing support for the client’s branch offices network.

At the request of the customer, we provide post-warranty support for the previously installed, critical equipment.

Upgrade of customer infrastructure from the retail segment

SMART TECHNOLOGIES experts conducted an audit of the existing network, server and software infrastructure of one of the major retailers. The number of branch network consisted of more than 300 offices and two data centers.

According to the results of the audit, taking into account the company’s growth prospects, our experts developed a concept for the development of the customer’s IT infrastructure for the next 5 years.
Additionally, we have successfully implemented network and server infrastructure on the Dell EMC Blade ME1000 solution, as well as the Dell Compellent storage system.

Upon completion of the project implementation and service migration to the new system, the client received a significant increase in the efficiency of health services.
The customer is planning further development of IT-infrastructure, according to a concept designed by our specialists.

Modernization of data storage system for one of the leaders of agricultural market

Together with a team of the world leader in server solutions Dell EMC, our experts have developed a plan for upgrading the existing storage system.

Our concept was designed to introduce innovative solutions in Agro-Holding, as well as the implementation of the client’s needs in increasing the amount of information.

In search for the optimal solution, our company’s specialists installed the main data storage system on All Flash technology with a bandwidth of 256 Gbps.
We also launched a new storage backup system, in case of unavailability of the main storage system, for rapid recovery of data and services in the company.

Upgrading storage and network infrastructure for the government sector

Our company has selected and implemented solutions for one of the Government structures of Ukraine. We used a solution for Cisco network infrastructure and DELL EMC Unity for the data storage.

The successful implementation of the new system allowed the customer to increase the productivity of the infrastructure, as well as to introduce new, more productive services.

Building a wireless network for the Logistic Center

The SMART TECHNOLOGIES team conducted radio intelligence in the logistics center of the customer in the Retail segment. After gathering information, our specialists proposed a solution to use Cisco wireless equipment to build seamless Wi-Fi coverage and ensure continuous operation of the customer’s wireless network.

The purpose of optimization was to minimize the delays during the operation of the logistics center.

Our specialists conducted the installation of equipment with the involvement of experts on industrial mountaineering. This made it possible to obtain the highest quality coverage of a Wi-Fi network throughout the entire logistics complex with optimal costs for solving the problem.

The introduction of videoconferencing for an international holding

An international holding located in Ukraine with offices abroad has set us a task of implementing a video conferencing.

The system is necessary for conducting operational meetings of branches and events for training and raising the level of skills of the customer’s staff.

Based on the client’s needs, we provided recommendations and successfully conducted a pilot project for building a video conferencing system based on Cisco Telepresence and Cisco Webex equipment.
Specialists of SMART TECHNOLOGIES implemented the proposed solution, which is now successfully used by the holding to solve the problem.

Implementation of complex protection of servers and workstations

After attacks at the banking system in Ukraine and around the world, experts from our company offered a solution for comprehensive protection of server infrastructure, as well as workstations from unauthorized impacts on the bank’s infrastructure.

An analysis of the IT security market showed that it was necessary to implement Sophos’s comprehensive security system and Cisco Umbrella service.

The implementation allowed the bank to successfully eliminate attacks on infrastructure and minimize possible financial and rating losses.

Transfer of the Bank Data Center

The specialists of our company have built the infrastructure, as well as the perimeter protection of the network of the main and backup data center for one of the banks in Ukraine.

Soon the bank needed to transfer the existing infrastructure of one of the data centers to another technology platform.

Our specialists conducted several preparatory activities to create a migration plan for the bank’s technical infrastructure. We have successfully transferred the entire complex of equipment to the new data center during off-hours without downtime of the business-critical services of the customer.

After the migration of the technical site, we did successful transfer of the main services to the new infrastructure.

Implementation of video surveillance, access control and Wi-Fi in the Kiev office for software developers

Following the negotiations with the management of the software development company, our experts established the need for the implementation of a video surveillance system, access control and Wi-Fi in the main office of the customer.

According to the requirement of the client, we selected the optimal solution for this project. After successful installation, connection and setup of the whole complex of equipment, SMART TECHNOLOGIES specialists transferred the workable system for operation by the customer’s staff.
